Crown ether in vacuum:
build crown and perturb complexed ion.
Methane in water box:
build methane, solvate, equilibrate and perturb.
Streptavidin/biotin complex,
partially solvated:
build biotin, load complex, partially solvate, equilibrate dynamics
Plastocyanin/ion/water
DNA: building a 10-mer poly(A)-poly(T)
molecule using the tools of AMBER 4.1, equilibrating it and a little
bit about analyzing the data...
