Carbohydrates
This section is currently incomplete. Eventually it will contain a
list of references and perhaps contributed parameters for
carbohydrates within AMBER.
- With AMBER 4.1, we have released a set of carbohydrate
parameters contributed by Rob Woods, formerly of the
Glycobiology Institute at Oxford and now at
the Complex Carbohydrate Research Center at the
University of Georgia

- We also plan to release a set of carbohydrate
parameters contributed by Ken Merz at Penn State University.
- An older reference to carbohydrate parameters used with AMBER is
